How do I get in contact with you?

We are here to help with all your enquiries regarding your loan application or any other query you may have.

Why have I been charged a fee?

Following your payment on our website we have debit your card a one off payment.

The fee has been charged for us to send your application to our panel of lenders. We have the majority of the Payday Loan and Instalment Loan market on our panel which will vastly increase your chances of you being approved for the loan you're looking for.

You fill in 1 application with us and up to 25 lenders will see your application within 15-seconds down our decision tree of lenders. Not only do we save you hours of form filling but we increase your chances of securing your loan.

We also have a number of lenders on our panel who DONT directly advertise to the consumer market and only use Brokers like ourselves to find their clients. These are special and exclusive lending offers only accessible through Brokers yet again increasing your financial options.

If you have been rejected by our panel of Payday or Instalment loan lenders we don't stop looking there. We understand how important it is for you to secure the finance you're looking for so we will look into other options.

Sometime a cheaper and effective way to borrow money is through a Credit Card. We have an arrangement in place with one of our Partners whereby you can borrow up to £1000 with our Black Diamond Credit Card. Representative 59.9% APR. Further information can be found in the members section.

What is Continuous Payment Authority?

When you submit this application form for a loan with one of our panel of lenders, you enter into brokerage agreement with us and you provide us with Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) under the brokerage agreement permitting us to collect the brokerage fee of £35.34.

We will collect the brokerage fee electronically on the next business day after the day you submit the application form to us using the debit card details you provide to us.

If the payment transaction on the next business day after the day you submit the application fails, we will try to contact you to find out why the payment was unsuccessful and arrange an alternative payment plan. If you are experiencing financial hardship we will show forbearance and work with you to agree an alternative solution.

If we are unable to contact you to discuss alternative repayment arrangements, or you do not respond to our requests for you to get in touch with us; then as a last resort we may take one attempt per day to collect full repayment for up to 62 days using the CPA until the full amount has been repaid.

You may cancel this CPA by contacting your bank directly, or by contacting us using the contact details provided on our website. If you do cancel, you will still owe the outstanding brokerage fee and will need to provide us with an alternative method of repayment before the repayment date to avoid going into default.

If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the options available to you. If you believe that, as a result of our attempts to collect repayment using the process described above, you have been unable to meet "priority debts" (such as utility bills and rent) you should contact us as soon as possible.

How do I get my money back?

As per the Terms and conditions you agreed to before making your payment Under the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004 you have a right to cancel your application within 14 days and receive a refund.

If You wish to cancel your application, You must write to us either via post or In this event We will refund your fee within 14 working days of the date on which we receive your written request to cancel your application.
